From the North:
Take Interstate 5 South
Exit at James Street; get in the right lane and turn right onto James Street.
Take James Street to First Avenue; turn right onto First.
Turn left on Madison Street
The Library Bistro is four blocks down on the corner of First Avenue and Madison Street.
